Refund policy

We want you to love your Back Nine Apparel gear. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, contact us at hello@backnineshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
