1. Order Processing All Back Nine Apparel products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners (Printful & Printify). Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
2. Shipping Timeframes Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:
- Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (varies by destination)
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs processing.
3. Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location and the fulfillment partner processing your order.
4. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.
5. International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Back Nine Apparel has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
6. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website or via your order confirmation page.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [your contact email]. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Back Nine Apparel is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
8. Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [your contact email]. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes can be made.
9. Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
